Our Fees
Abeyta Nelson offers a no-charge initial consultation.  If we take your case, our fee for representing you is based on a percentage of what we recover for you.  If we don't recover anything for you, you won't owe an attorney's fee.  We will sign a written fee agreement when we agree to represent you, and give you a copy for your file.
