Rodney K. Nelson
Rod graduated magna cum laude from the University of Washington in 1975, followed by graduation from the University of Washington School of Law in the top 10% of his class. He began his law practice in 1978 before returning to practice in Washington State.

Rod is a member of the American Association for Justice. He has served as Judge Pro Tem in Yakima County Superior Court, President of the Yakima County Bar Association, and as an officer of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association. Rod has been named a Super Lawyer by Washington Law & Politics every year since 2001. He is one of the top rated attorneys in Yakima County, according to AVVO, an independent rating service.

Rod is a published legal author and frequent lecturer. He has been named a Top 100 Super Lawyer.
