LITIGATION SPECIALIST:
We are looking for experienced, highly-motivated, organized, and professional individuals. Need to have past experience managing cases in litigation including scheduling depositions, answering interrogatories, working with expert witnesses, and preparing cases for trial. Past experience in civil litigation required with two to four years of college or paralegal degree.

LEGAL ASSISTANT:
We are looking for experienced, highly-motivated, organized, and professional individuals to assist our attorneys in managing client cases. These individuals assist attorneys in gathering medical records, documenting wage loss, submitting treatment expenses for payment, preparing file for settlement demand, and litigation tasks including answering interrogatories, noting depositions, and managing discovery. Prior experience with personal injury cases, medical files, insurance law, and litigation is necessary. Important skills required include keyboarding minimum of 50 WPM, solid writing skills; computer skills including Wordperfect, Windows, and Needles Case Management System. Minimum of two years college required; four year college degree preferred.
